HBOT Terms &
Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking or attending a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session at Holina Clinic.

By purchasing, booking, or participating in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) services at Holina Clinic, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Package Validity & Usage

  • Session Packages: All multi-session packages (including but not limited to 10- or 20-session packages) are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
  • Unused Sessions: Any unused sessions remaining after this period will be forfeited.
  • Extensions: Extensions of package validity are not guaranteed and may be granted only at the sole discretion of Holina Clinic in exceptional medical circumstances. All extension requests must be submitted in writing prior to the package expiration date.
  • Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships grant daily access for one calendar month only. They do not pause, freeze, or roll over due to illness, travel, personal scheduling conflicts, or missed sessions.
  • Protocol Recommendation: While daily use is permitted, Holina Clinic officially recommends a protocol of 5 days on and 2 days off for optimal physiological recovery and safety.
  • Transferability: All packages and unused sessions are transferable to another person.
  • Refunds: No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Membership Priority: Members commit to a fixed daily time slot for the duration of their membership month.
  • Booking Windows (Members): Must book their full weekly schedule at least five (5) days in advance.
  • Booking Windows (Single Sessions): May be booked up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling: Requests to change a fixed membership time slot are subject to availability. Holina Clinic reserves the right to deny rescheduling requests to maintain operational flow.

3. Punctuality & Cancellation Policy

  • The 5-Minute Rule: HBOT chambers operate on a strict schedule and accommodate up to four (4) participants per session. Clients arriving more than five (5) minutes late will not be admitted, and the session will proceed without them.
  • Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled session without 24-hour notice will result in the session being automatically deducted from the package or membership.

4. Health & Medical Safety

  • Medical Clearance: All first-time clients must confirm medical suitability regarding lung health, cardiac conditions, and ear canal health prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may increase risk.
  • Right to Refuse Service: Holina Clinic reserves the right to refuse or cancel a session if staff determine that treatment may pose a health risk (e.g., active cold/flu, ear congestion, or sinus pressure).
  • Client Responsibility: Clients must immediately notify the chamber operator of any ear discomfort, pain, or physical distress. Holina Clinic is not liable for barotrauma or injury resulting from a client's failure to communicate discomfort.
  • Shared Environment: Unless a private session is specifically booked at a premium rate, HBOT sessions take place in a shared chamber with up to four participants.
  • Medical Disclaimer: HBOT is a supportive wellness therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Final Sale: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for memberships, packages, or individual sessions.
  • Price Adjustments: Holina Clinic reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Pre-purchased packages will be honored at the original price (e.g., the 60,000 THB 20-session membership) until fully used or expired.

6. Force Majeure & Operational Interruptions

  • Service Disruptions: Holina Clinic is not liable for disruptions beyond its reasonable control, such as power outages, internet failures, or severe weather.
  • Interrupted Sessions: Sessions interrupted before commencement may be rescheduled at the clinic's discretion. Sessions interrupted after commencement are considered delivered.

7. Operational & Safety Discretion

  • Termination of Sessions: Holina Clinic reserves the right to delay, shorten, or terminate any session due to safety concerns or equipment maintenance. Such actions do not constitute grounds for refunds.
  • Personal Delays: Holina is not responsible for sessions missed due to travel delays, traffic, or ferry disruptions.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or attending an HBOT session at Holina Clinic, clients confirm that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, agree to comply with clinic policies, and accept personal responsibility for participation.
