Opened over a decade ago, Holina Clinic's Koh Phangan facility is a fully licensed medical centre operating alongside the Holina Rehab campus on the west coast of the island at Sri Thanu.
The clinic runs a complete suite of regenerative and biohacking therapies — HBOT, stem cell, IV infusions, PRP, peptides, exosomes, neurofeedback and advanced diagnostics — all under physician oversight in a clinical environment that meets international standards.

Flight to Koh Samui (1hr) + speedboat to Koh Phangan (~25 min). Or overnight train/bus to Surat Thani + Donsak Pier ferry (1–2.5hrs). Total journey: ~3–5hrs from Bangkok.
Regular Raja Ferry / Seatran Discovery service from Donsak Pier (~30km south of Surat Thani). Journey approximately 1–1.5 hours. Multiple daily departures.
High-speed catamaran ferry from Nathon or Big Buddha pier. Journey approximately 25–30 minutes. Multiple operators daily. We can arrange meet-and-greet at the pier.
